Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic there may be some delays to the shipping of your products. We will still be dispatching items within the timeframe below, however the shipping time (especially international shipping) may be increased. Aus Post is unable to give exact time frames, however you can see an up to date look at their most recent estimates below:

SHIPPING

We offer domestic and international shipping:

- $9.90 Standard Shipping within Australia

- $13.50 Express Shipping within Australia

$25 Standard Shipping outside of Australia 
Orders within Australia over $200 will receive free standard shipping.
 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, go onto our returns page HERE and fill in the information. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS

Refunds will only be accepted if your item arrives faulty. Change of mind will be granted with a store credit for exchange. Please read our size guides & descriptions carefully.
